All services at LAAN are provided free of charge to clients, and our knowledgeable case managers are always happy to help you find the assistance programs that you qualify for. We Will Help You Every Step Of The Way

Our care program managers are available to help new and returning clients begin their journey with LAAN.

initial contact

Your first point of contact will be a care program manager who will take your information and figure out the right case manager to work with you!

Pair you up with the Perfect Case Manager

You will meet your case manager who will perform an assessment of needs and get to know more about who you are and how LAAN can best serve you.

Begin Recieving Services

After your assessment, your case manager will help you enroll in programs and services that you qualify for.
